When it comes to wrist straps, it's easy to think one is just as good as the next. But simply putting some tape on it or wrapping a bandage round a couple of times might sound like an easy solution, but it doesn't guarantee support or stability, and can give you a false sense of security that may lead to more injury.
Bauerfeind has perfected the art of the wrist strap, using an anatomical fit to cover the wrist joint properly, while compressing at a medical grade with adjustable strapping to give you exactly the amount of stability you need.
Our range of wrist straps vary from a simple strap that stabilises but allows full movement, all the way to a firm and rigid splint to take all pressure and movement out of the wrist for serious issues. Designed to be easy to wear yet completely customisable, whatever freedom of movement you need, we've got you.
Strapping the wrist acts as a strengthener of the existing structures, helping your muscles to do their job more effectively to take pressure of injured or weakened tendons. By compressing the tissue in and around the wrist, inflammation is minimised and pain alleviated.
All our wrist supports and straps are ideal for any level of sport or physical activity. Whether it's getting a match in on the squash courts, pushing the limit with your deadlift routine or slogging it out in a triathlon, our straps hold up in the toughest of conditions so you can too.
Virtually all of our products can be machine washed on a cold gentle cycle and air dried out of direct sunlight. Putting them on and taking them off carefully is recommended, and for specific product care, refer to the product manual or contact our friendly staff.
All supports and insoles come with a 12 month warranty, and compression stockings with a 3 month warranty for any manufacturers faults. At any point if you've got issues with the product or aren't sure if something is wrong, just contact our helpful staff.
Bauerfeind have an incredibly extensive sizing system for our products based off of hundreds of thousands of patient measurements. The perfect anatomic fit system we use means that the supports are designed to fit your body, not the other way around. (We also offer custom options for a range of our products for those rare few who still can't fit into our sizing range).
