After several types of knee surgeries this brace has been amazing. I have recently got back into some running but knee has played up afterwards, have worn the brace for the last 2 parkruns and no dramas. Have started to wear it to work on a day to day basis and certainly notice the difference when I don’t wear it, very pleased and recommend it.
