Stabilising the kneecap and alleviating pain is hard when you still want to be active. The GenuTrain P3 Knee Brace is perfect for people who want to still give their all physically without patella issues and pain holding them back. With a firm medical compression that maximises muscle output and minimises fatigue, it's ideal for sports like rugby, jiu jitsu and other martial arts as well as weightlifting.

The GenuTrain P3 relieves pain, inflammation and swelling in and around the kneecap with its targeted gel pad, while the in built medial strap acts to prevent the patella from moving out of place. With a special ITB pad to reduce tendon pull on the knee and firm compression for active movement, it's the perfect support for your kneecap woes.

Muscle-relaxing Pad: Reduces sideways pulling of the kneecap to further reduce pain and relax the muscles with soothing massage.
Corrective Guide: Stops your kneecap from drifting outward to relieve discomfort and help healing without loss of mobility.
Patella Cover: Counteracts the tilting of the patella.
Corrective Strap: Can be individually adjusted for optimal kneecap control.

Great product

What is the difference between GenuTrain P3 and the GenuTrain S?

The GenuTrain P3 is designed to treat patella tracking, knee stabilisation and kneecap pain while the GenuTrain S acts as a mild unloading brace with lateral support.

What is the difference between the GenuTrain and the GenuTrain P3?

The GenuTrain P3 covers more of the knee, including the lower quads and hamstring. Using a higher grade compression with extensive gel support and a medial strap, it's designed to give a much higher level of patellar support than the standard GenuTrain.

Can I wear this during sport?

The GenuTrain P3 is perfect for wear at any level of sport and is worn by international athletes on the playing field the world over.

How does the patella tracking work?

The Patella tracking in the P3 works by combining a specialised gel support with an inbuilt adjustable medial strap. This works to prevent the kneecap migrating away from the centre of the joint while still allowing for regular movement.
