How to achieve the perfect fit

Step 1

Measure the upper circumference of your leg 14 cm above centre of your knee (A) with the knee bent 30 degrees.

Step 2

Measure the lower circumference of your leg 12 cm below centre of your knee (B) with your knee bent at 30 degrees.

Step 3

The GenuTrain S should feel snug and firm but not constrictive.

Knee Brace

The knee brace works really well. I am able to move with no pain and my knee feels supported. After exercise there is no longer the after effects of pain and stiffness.

Best knee brace I have got so far

I bought a pair for my daughter, as she has hurt her patellar tendon and is eager to get back to basketball before the season starts. This braces work like magic, very soft fabric and my daughter loves them, as they provide strong support for her knees. They are definitely on the more expensive side, compared to other products on the market. But it is worth the extra, as the material is very solid, they should last pretty long. Would recommend if you got the budget.
