How to achieve the perfect fit

Step 1

Click the Measure & Buy button above. You will need to measure the circumference of your forearm at a certain point near your elbow with a measuring tape.

Step 2

Measure the circumference of your forearm at its widest/largest section with your elbow bent at 90 degrees as per the image.

Step 3

The Epitrain should feel snug and firm but not constrictive. All Bauerfeind elbow braces have a 1 year warranty and qualify for our 30 day size exchange policy.

With a patented anatomic fit, the compression weave acts to stabilise the muscles and increase blood-flow for faster healing, while the special gel massage pads actively relieve pain and inflammation in the muscles and tendons. Can I wear the EpiTrain elbow brace while playing sports?

Yes, the EpiTrain elbow brace can be worn while playing sports. The brace provides active stabilisation of the elbow during sports such as tennis, golf or rugby. The breathable, light-weight fabric knit is moisture-wicking which helps to evaporate sweat during sporting activity.

Does the EpiTrain elbow brace help with both medial and lateral pain?

Yes, the EpiTrain assists with medial pain, (also called medial epicondylitis, Golfer’s elbow, Baseball elbow) and lateral pain (lateral epicondylitis, tennis elbow). The massaging viscoelastic gel pads relieve pressure from the affected muscles and redistributing it to the surrounding tissue assisting with your elbow pain.

Unlike other elbow braces, the medical-grade compression helps to improve blood circulation in the elbow area, which can further assist with pain management and reduce muscle swelling.

Can I wear an elbow brace while playing Tennis?

Yes, the EpiTrain can be worn during all sporting activity including Tennis and is ideal for treating tennis elbow. The brace is made of stretchable, breathable and moisture wicking fabric, which can help to stabilise the elbow during activity.

I have large forearms. Will the EpiTrain still fit?

Yes, the EpiTrain is made of a stretchable fabric which will fit you even if you have large forearms. The maximum circumference of the forearm (at its widest area) the EpiTrain can fit is 35cm. Please refer to our sizing guide.

How is the EpiTrain different from the EpiPoint?

The EpiPoint provides targeted relief to the tendons in the lower arm to assist with lateral and medial pain, whilst the EpiTrain provides extra support for the elbow area by providing compression for muscles in both the forearm and lower arm.

Does the EpiTrain assist with osteoarthritis pain?

Yes, the EpiTrain can assist with osteoarthritis and arthritis pain by reducing inflammation of the elbow joint muscles. The medical-grade compression improves blood circulation and massaging gel pads assist to reduce pain.

What other indications can the EpiTrain be used for?

Great support for my elbow

While they are a little expensive, (especially when you lose the original one), the EpiTrain Elbow Support is a fantastic aid in my recovery from an elbow injury. It has allowed me to resume playing tennis and is comfortable to wear

Doing what it's meant to do

Got elbow epitrain support its doing its job supporting my elbow amazingly and its comfortable as it really helping it only been to weeks of use only while Iam at work would recommend it I have tried heaps of other things and the elbow epitrain is the only support brace working worth it wait in gold get One Dean in Adelaide
