With a patented anatomic fit, the compression weave acts to stabilise the muscles and increase blood-flow for faster healing, while the special gel massage pads actively relieve pain and inflammation in the muscles and tendons. Good elbow Support

Works well but sizing could be better
Fits quite snug on the forearm but is quite loose at the bottom and top end of the brace. Followed the measurement guide and was in the size of 6 which I bought. Due to this it does slip down when I’m moving around a bit.

Can I wear the EpiTrain Elbow Support while playing sports?

Yes, the EpiTrain Elbow Support can be worn while playing sports. The brace provides active stabilisation of the elbow during sports such as tennis, golf or rugby. The breathable, light-weight fabric knit is moisture-wicking which helps to evaporate sweat during sporting activity.

Does the EpiTrain Elbow Support help with both medial and lateral pain?

Yes, the EpiTrain assists with medial pain, (also called medial epicondylitis, Golfer's elbow, Baseball elbow) and lateral pain (lateral epicondylitis, Tennis elbow). The massaging viscoelastic gel pads relieve pressure from the affected muscles and redistributing it to the surrounding tissue assisting with your elbow pain. Unlike other elbow braces, the medical-grade compression helps to improve blood circulation in the elbow area, which can further assist with pain management and reduce muscle swelling.

I have large forearms. Will the EpiTrain still fit?

Yes, the EpiTrain is made of a stretchable fabric which will fit you even if you have large forearms. The maximum circumference of the forearm (at its widest area) the EpiTrain can fit is 35cm. Please refer to our sizing guide.

How is the EpiTrain different from the EpiPoint?

The EpiPoint provides targeted relief to the tendons in the lower arm to assist with lateral and medial pain, whilst the EpiTrain provides extra support for the elbow area by providing compression for muscles in both the forearm and lower arm.

Does the EpiTrain assist with osteoarthritis pain?

Yes, the EpiTrain can assist with osteoarthritis and arthritis pain by reducing inflammation of the elbow joint muscles. The medical-grade compression improves blood circulation and massaging gel pads assist to reduce pain.

What other indications can the EpiTrain be used for?

Besides, lateral and medial epicondylitis (Tennis and Golfer's elbow), the EpiTrain can also be used for postoperative care and tendomyopathy.
