Measure the upper circumference of your leg 14 cm above the centre of your knee (A) with the knee bent at 30 degrees.
Measure the circumference of your leg at the narrowest point immediately below the kneecap (B).
Select the correct size using the size chart. The GenuTrain A3 should feel snug and firm but not constrictive.

I found the knee support excellent but delayed it which impacted my pain management. However since wearing it for over a week now I've found it great support. The only niggly issue is that it does slip a little and I have to keep pulling it up but when I wear snug fitting pants I don't have to do this.

I purchased the GenuTrain A3 for my knee with medial meniscus damage. The brace is an incredible fit, doesn't slip down and gives really good support. The pain in my knee diminished significantly and the swelling reduced as well, giving me back a greater range of motion and comfort.
These braces are absolutely worth the investment, I would highly recommend them.
My size was showing up as unavailable on line, but a phone call to the friendly staff soon located me what I needed and delivery was super fast.

A few months ago I bought a Genutrain for my 55 year old Osteo Arthritis hit knee. This has given me so much confidence to continue training and getting out and about, thus putting paid to move it or lose it around physical activity.
My father at 83 used to enjoy walking as part of his down around melbourne town. However since December he has had a flare up in his right knee that proved painful and also curtailed his walking which he derived joy from. So after a trip to the doctor and xray of the troublesome knee, the flare up was OsteoArthritis based and a combination of mangement techniques was required. I measured up Dad and got him into the GenuTrain A3 knee support. He uses it for his morning walks and has notices the enabling support the brace gives and is almost back to what he was, and teh flare up is now being managed.
