Measure the upper circumference of your leg 14 cm above the centre of your knee (A) with the knee bent at 30 degrees.
Measure the circumference of your leg at the narrowest point immediately below the kneecap (B).
Select the correct size using the size chart. The GenuTrain A3 should feel snug and firm but not constrictive.

Two months of wearing this brace from morning until early afternoon each day has reduced my knee pain and swelling by 90%. It’s amazing. I can walk again instead of hobbling while experiencing nausea-inducing pain.
An old injury left me with a complex meniscus tear, grade 2/3 ligament strains, swelling under the kneecap and moderate arthritis (MRI).
