Measure the upper circumference of your leg 14 cm above the centre of your knee (A) with the knee bent at 30 degrees.
Measure the circumference of your leg at the narrowest point immediately below the kneecap (B).
Select the correct size using the size chart. The GenuTrain A3 should feel snug and firm but not constrictive.

Actively massaging the muscles, relieving pain and reducing swelling, it's perfect for all day wear or just sports and exercise.
The German designed and made brace treats your knee pain in two main ways. The first is with a gentle medical compression that stabilises the muscles and boosts blood-flow. The second is an anatomic gel pad that actively massages each of the muscles, tendons and ligaments in the medial part of the knee, relieving pain and swelling 24/7.

After three surgeries, very little meniscus left and a stretched ACL graft I would have had a full knee replacement by now of it wasn’t for the Genutrain knee braces.
After wearing out my 5th standard brace I ordered an A3 this time as I’m getting worse and it’s even more secure and comfortable and I hope will give me another few years of active living.

Having recently gone bone on bone in my knee I tried a number of knee supports and whilst Ok all were pretty limited (too big to wear under pants, uncomfortable etc ). Surgeon recommended this product, whilst not cheap, worth every cent. Provides good support, bit of warmth and the padding whilst not seeming like much has enabled me to kneel without discomfort.
Only had if for short time so cannot rate durability.
