You will need to measure the circumference of your leg 14 cm above the centre of your knee (A) with your knee bent at 30 degrees.

Then measure the circumference of your leg 12 cm below centre of the knee (B) with your knee bent at 30 degrees.

The German designed and made brace treats your knee pain in two main ways. The first is with a gentle medical compression that stabilises the muscles and boosts blood-flow. The second is an anatomic gel pad that actively massages each of the muscles, tendons and ligaments in the medial part of the knee, relieving pain and swelling 24/7.

Great feeling of support

I bought these as my left knee has started to play up after my operation 4 years ago. They keep the knee nice and stable, but with a lot of flexibility. I am able to play Pickleball and Tennis with good movement and a lot more confidence. At this stage I use these for sport as my knee is not too bad and I put on a softer compression sleeve afterwards when at home.

This is a great product and like other Bauerfeind products I use, great quality.

Great brace

This is a great brace. But I do find it does moves down the knee slightly as I’m needing to full it back up through the day
