Foot Insoles

The foot plays one of the most important roles in our joint health, yet is often ignored or neglected. Over two thirds of the adult population have some kind of issue, from mild to chronic, that affects their feet.

Wearing the right foot insoles helps not only to manage and relieve foot pain and discomfort, but also protect your body from the flow on effects like ankle instability, knee arthritis and hip and shoulder pain.

Bauerfeind have spent close to 90 years researching, developing and selling foot support insoles to podiatrists, surgeons and other specialists. In the past several decades we've refined that experience into off the shelf insoles for everyday customers without the need to see a specialist.

Will these change the way I walk?
Bauerfeind's range of supports are designed to restore natural movement rather than overcorrect. By using special anatomically designed components that make little changes for a big difference, you'll find your gait might change a bit, but towards a general improvement.
What makes these products better than others?
Simply put, Bauerfeind has set the global standard for medical braces, compression and insoles. Using the highest quality materials to construct decades-refined products that have been clinically proven to address a vast range of issues. There's no substitute for quality, and Bauerfeind has that from the simplest strap to the largest brace.
How long do they last?

Bauerfeind's high quality construction and design mean that all of our products go the distance, especially when cared for properly. Below is a rough outline of how long products last before they start to lose their effectiveness over time.

  • Compression Stockings - 6 to 9 months of daily wear
  • Braces & supports - one to two years of daily wear
  • Insoles - 9 to 12 months of daily wear
It's important to note that this is a rough guideline, and each person's usage and general care can change the longevity of the product either way.

Can I wear these all day?
Virtually all our medical supports are designed to be worn for any length of time, whether it's half an hour after exercise to recover the muscle, or first thing in the morning to last thing at night.
How do I know they'll fit?
