Measure the upper circumference of your leg 14 cm above the centre of your knee (A) with the knee bent at 30 degrees.
Measure the circumference of your leg at the narrowest point immediately below the kneecap (B).
Select the correct size using the size chart. The GenuTrain A3 should feel snug and firm but not constrictive.

Whether it's pain on the inside of the knee from arthritis, a meniscus injury or an old ligament issue, finding relief is crucial. That's where the GenuTrain A3 Knee Brace comes in. Actively massaging the muscles, relieving pain and reducing swelling, it's perfect for all day wear or just sports and exercise.
The German designed and made brace treats your knee pain in two main ways. The first is with a gentle medical compression that stabilises the muscles and boosts blood-flow. The second is an anatomic gel pad that actively massages each of the muscles, tendons and ligaments in the medial part of the knee, relieving pain and swelling 24/7.

This brace has been a game changer. No idea what is going on with my knee (suspect I injured it walking down uneven hills) but it has been causing me issues for some months and goes 'out' intermittently when walking or doing various exercises. Now have 2 Genutrain braces. One for right knee helps enormously with mild medial knee compartment OA. The brace certainly has stimulated quad and hamstring function and strength, helped reduce a small knee effusion, and as a result my gait and functional capacity has improved from barely around local streets to 10+km hikes through local mountain trails. The improvement in the stability of my knee has been outstanding.
More recently bought another brace for my left knee. Purely as a preventative measure, as I was aware of some early signs of OA. Has improved those symptoms and together the braces have made a world of difference to my ability and enjoyment of hiking.
