You will need to measure the circumference of your leg 14 cm above the centre of your knee (A) with your knee bent at 30 degrees.

Step 2

Then measure the circumference of your leg 12 cm below centre of the knee (B) with your knee bent at 30 degrees.

Actively massaging the muscles, relieving pain and reducing swelling, it's perfect for all day wear or just sports and exercise.

The German designed and made brace treats your knee pain in two main ways. The first is with a gentle medical compression that stabilises the muscles and boosts blood-flow. The second is an anatomic gel pad that actively massages each of the muscles, tendons and ligaments in the medial part of the knee, relieving pain and swelling 24/7.

Excellent!

I travelled to Australia last month on holidays. During the flight my knees became very swollen. In my left knee I have a torn ligament which affects my stability. I bought a GenuTrain A3 Knee Brace and I was able to enjoy my holidays without problems. Thank you very much Bauerfeind.

With lateral compartment arthritis and having recently undergone distal femoral osteotomy the A3 knee brace is my go to for when need that bit of support/relief
