Measure the upper circumference of your leg 14 cm above centre of your knee (A) with the knee bent 30 degrees.

Step 2

Measure the lower circumference of your leg 12 cm below centre of your knee (B) with your knee bent at 30 degrees.

Step 3

The GenuTrain S should feel snug and firm but not constrictive.

Great addition

I have an old Motorbike injury that plays up from time to time. The knee brace that I have been using from 18 years old until now, at 59, was a bit bulky. The new brace is fantastic. It is lighter, breathes, and is very comfortable. You hardly even know it's there. Would I recommend it? Yes, I would. They aren't cheap, but if it continues to work as it has been, it's worth the money.

Kneebrace for meniscal and PCL injury

Bauer Feind kneebrace was an excellent compromise for my old meniscus and pcl injury , I could return to fitness walking and even tennis lessons , and manage old chronic non acute injury this way conservatively ( closed circuit knee strengthening and bracing for risk sports , much better brace and good compromise between super stiff more expensive braces and the cheap ones from chain pharmacy shelves , bonus that we live Thuringia as this is where my wives family heralds from and I even went to university Who knows I might even track the rennsteig on a holiday to the old grounds this year !
