How to achieve the perfect fit
Step 1
A perfect fit means faster recovery and improved performance. You will need to measure around your forearm with a measuring tape.
Step 2
Measure the circumference of your forearm 12 cm from tip of your elbow bent at 90 degrees.

Upper end of the elbow support loses its grip/tension after a short period of time, apart from that, it has been a good elbow support I have used so far.
