    WHAT ARE THE MOST COMMON INJURIES IN BASKETBALL?

    The most common ankle injury in basketball is ankle sprains. Basketball players are at high risk of ankle sprains due to jumping and lateral movements of the foot while running on hard court. Depending on the level of damage to the ankle ligament, the three grades of ankle sprains are:
