This insert has been perfect as an insert into my walking boots (rather than shoes) as it doesn’t raise the height of my heel in my boots. Other inserts addressing my faceitis and made for runners cause blisters above my heel because of a large padded heel piece. I have tested your inserts on several ten km walks and no blisters.
