Measure the circumference of your ankle at the narrowest point above the ankle bone.

The Sports Compression Ankle Sleeve should feel snug and firm but not constrictive. All sports compression sleeves have a 1 year warranty and a 30 day exchange policy.

I am using it to support Amy ankle after tibialis posterior tear. Feeling much better with pain.
